I was having trouble getting on my personal internet. I called the tech support 800 line and talked to John. This is my first tablet (Cruz T408). I want you to know how helpful he was. He walked me step by step in upgrading the firmware of my tablet. This solved my problem completely. He was very patient, kind and understanding. He answered all my questions. Also, I could understand everything he said to me. I could tell he was very knowledgable about what he was doing and I am sure he could tell I wasn’t but he didn’t talk down to me at all. I worked in public service for over 30 years and I was a supervisor many of those years. This young man is an asset to your company and a good example of quality customer service.
I bought my T408 from HSN for myself for Christmas from my husband (lol). I love it. I’d buy another Cruz in a minute. I have really enjoyed it. So far it has done everything it was advertised to do. Great tech support. So far plays games pretty good. You can’t play really complex games on it and the battery doesn’t last long with complex games and sites but you can use it plugged in, which is a great asset. I understand you can’t use all tablets while plugged in. I use it a lot while my husband is watching his sports on TV. I feel it is a great device.
i wish there was a update for R102

I downloaded the Borders app for my Cruz and mdoanrly one day it gave me an error when I tried reading a book. I have tried reinstalling it but that didn’t work. I also tried installing the Kobo app but it gives me the same error. They both tell me there is a problem with the bok and they are working on fixing it, but it has been a few weeks. I have tried the nook app to but Borders had more free books. I cant seem to find with the nook app. Any ideas?

Thank you, Zemra. I’m glad you’re enjoying your Cruz so much and thank you for your business!
