    Incredibly disappointed with the Cruz T105 I purchased. These tablets just stop working – won’t turn on again. The last about a week then die & it’s almost impossible to load anything on to them. When I returned my Cruz to the shop I was joined by 6 other people with the same problem!! Would not recommend :-(

      Are you sure it wasn’t in sleep mode? Apparently that’s a common issue ppl are running into. They think their tablet won’t turn on, when really it’s just sleeping…

      I have the same problem and their customer service people are no help and they refuse to send me a new one!

    the T408 is a beat with a large screen and and nice graphics theres one promblem it runs on android and u have to use the amazon market instead of the android market not saying theres anything wrong with it theres just not that many apps . the only way to get the android market is to root it and that voids the warrenty i do not recomend rooting it. 4 out of 5 stars

    Purchased T103 that will not upgrade. Two weeks trying to get answer by ticket with no help. Six voicemails on support line unanswered. Dept should be called NOSUPPORT.

        I sincerely apologize that you’ve had a bad experience with our support. The holiday season really threw us for a loop and we’re still recovering from the mass influx of calls from people wanting to register their tablets. I assure you that our support team is trying to be as thorough and quick with answering calls as they can and that they’re working through their queue. We do not export our calls overseas so we do it all in-house and we thank you for your patience as we work through the back up.

    my cruz tablet (velocity micro) will not turn on i just got this for christmas so what do i do?

    My tablet T410 will not power on either? Just got it around christmas. Thought it was a bad charger, sent me a new one, charged, but will still not power on?

      Okay, now that all that’s been said, lets see if any of this works:


      2. There could be a chance that your tablet is just in standby mode. If so, you need to do a quick reset to fix that. Hold down your power button for 10-15 seconds and turn it back on. If that doesn’t work, try it with the cruz plugged into the charger/outlet.

      3. If that STILL doesn’t work, try holding down power & volume simultaneously for 30 seconds.

      Again, in none of this was able to help you, you’re going to have to contact our Cruz Support.

      I tried downloading Angry Birds to my T301, but no servion would work for me either. I checked out the support section of your website, and it listed a bunch of apps that have been reported not to work and Angry Birds (all servions) was one of them Do you have any idea if Angry Birds will ever work on the T301, or if their is a way to get it on the device? I purchased two tablets for my young children with the plan to download apps for them to play. It’s a little disappointing to find out now, I can’t download their favorite game to their tablets.
