Had same issue, had been doing update.zip on several devices over last year and could not figure out what I did wrong. I had grabbed T301 update.zip instead of T103 version. Make sure to grab right file. – Blue

I just installed the 2.2 OS on my T105 and everthing went fine. However I cannot install adobe flash player. Could you help with this?

  6. Malcolm says:

Uploaded the 2.2 with no problem. I have the T103. Still cannot upload the flash. Also, cannot get apps to load from google. I note that Google has a “specific password” option for uploading apps that are not phone attached. Will this work for android apps?

Also, I keep getting a message on my tablet that my location cannot be found; to check my settings. I have read the product booklet from your website and still cannot find the link to check the locator setting.

    Please help.

  10. mckenzie says:

  11. Bo says:

Ok here’s a quick question I have my T104 upgraded to 2.2, and I finally found a skype app that will open on it but it seams either there is no Microphone, or it does not work.I have tried several app that require a mic but load easily like Geico (Brostash) none seam to find one. I have rechecked the tablet manual and according to the manual it has one. So is their something I can do to fix it?

  12. Bo says:

Sorry I accidentally posted this to the t300 series upgrade sight. With that being said both the most current owners manual and all the advertisements for the T100 series clearly state that this product has a microphone. If it does then great it is a software issue please get your tech department on making a patch. If it is not a software issue then we have a clear case of false advertisement. In said case this becomes a legal issue. I am personally hoping it is just a software problem.

  13. Bo says:

Oh yeah since you guys where so nice that you gave me a link to Cruz support here’s a link to your owners manual available through the Cruz market.

The reason you were given a link to support is that this isn’t supposed to be a support outlet for Cruz Tablets. The people running the Velocity Micro blog are not in the support department. We don’t have all the answers but we try our best. If you really need support, please contact our support either by opening an online ticket or calling our toll-free number. I apologize that I couldn’t help you on this, but I know that our Cruz Support department will be much more able to answer your questions and concerns.

I have a t103 is there ANY way to get flash?

  15. Zach says:

I have the same problem with the PT701 and the update not working. Before you reroute me to the same download page, I already tried – doesn’t work. Customer support is terrible, like pulling teeth to get them to help.

    Anyone figure this out yet??

    Please help,

    Thanks

    • CruzAdmin says:

Well what Cruz tablet model do you have? Because PT701 isn’t a model number…. Your tablet model number will be 4 characters long and will either start with T4, T3, T1, R1, or PS.
