Who can get support and how?
Phone support is no longer offered on Cruz devices.
Online self-support via our website's knowledgebase articles is available to all Cruz devices owners. It is a recommended first step that users search the knowledgebase using question keywords before submitting a ticket online.
Over the telephone, we offer break/fix technical support to primary owners of Cruz devices who have purchased from authorized resellers. These owners, when registered, also have online account access through a web interface to our support ticketing system. Email support is not offered except through this online ticketing system.
Owners of Cruz devices not purchased through authorized resellers should seek support or service from the reseller as the unit carries no warranty.
Those Cruz owners residing outside of the US or Canada are not entitled to warranty services.
